During your appointment

  1. Meet your stylist

    Your stylist will greet you at the door, let you know how our store works, get to know you with a few key details about your wedding day & then you can get straight into browsing!

  2. Have a browse

    We let you have a browse of the dresses in your size so that you can pick out styles that catch your eye, and those will be the first ones you try. If you're unsure which styles will suit you, don't worry! We can recommend dresses to kickstart your search.

  3. Dress-up time

    Now for the fun part! You’ll try on the dresses you've selected, and based on your feedback we can also suggest other styles to try if needed. Please note: unless you want extra help, our stylists aren’t inside the fitting area with you until you have a dress on and won’t see you undressed. Once you have the dress on your stylist will enter and fasten the back for you.

  4. Recap

    If time allows, you’ll have the chance to revisit a couple of your favourite dresses and compare them back-to-back for a more detailed look.

  5. Finishing touches

    Once you've found your dream dress, you can try on different accessories to complete your bridal vision and see the full look come together!

  6. Say YES to the dress

After your appointment

  • Alterations

    If you need any alterations to your dress, which we will advise you about during your appointment, we give you our list of recommended seamstresses so that you can find one that is convenient to you!

  • Wedding day pictures

    We love seeing your bridal looks, please send us some of your photos from your wedding day so that we can see our dresses in action. We will always ask your permission before we post your pictures to our social media & website.
